This is a nice place, but things are hit and miss, and the wide variety of reviews are, in my opinion, a relatively good gauge of the fact that for some people all goes well, while for others many things may not at this place. Our junior suite was not a room, but a territory - that's how big it is, and yet, except for a comfy and clean bed, and some basic furniture surfaces, and a table and two chairs, there is absolutely nothing in it! No cushions, for example, although there seems to be a good place where they should be. The safe boxes in rooms look the next generation, they use fingerprint scans, and yet, they cannot be used because, as the manager Joe said, they lost the master keys - so they are basically just collecting dust. Same with the TV set in our room, which did not work. And the bathroom is a story unto itself, because it is also big, and has nothing save a toilet and a sink - with a huge surface for placing your toiletries. The towel rack in our suite was falling off the wall and I hope they do something about it soon. The lights in the bathroom are out of a horror movie - do not plan to shave there; the lights in the room are very nice and there are lamps for reading. The absolutely best thing in this place is the swimming pool, about which I cannot find anything wrong, always clean and looking good. There is a guy who diligently cleans the pool and the area around it every morning. The reception organized our private transfer to the airport and we made our international flight all right.

This hotel was super clean and comfortable, but what made it stand out the most was the staff working here. They were all super friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. Spring in particular was amazing - she helped us to book a hot air balloon trip very last minute and also sorted out all of our travel to Vientiane and Hanoi. Spring also sat down with us and gave us a whole list of recommendations in Vietnam. Vang Vieng is a beautiful place and there is a great view of the landscape from this hotel. Great value for money and we would definitely return on our next visit to Laos :)

Chloe

It was really nice and clean. The quality for the price is totally worth. Clean room, nice pool, complete breakfast. I dont really understand people complaining bc the forniture has a scratch or that is terrible service. Everything is way above Laos standards.

Alvaro

This hotel is beautiful. It will offer you a beautiful view on the mountain and you will see the hot air balloon. Beautiful landscape. One of the best I ever seen. The room were good and clean

Nora

Modern hotel with pool, great for hot days. Decent buffet breakfast. Clean and large room. Location was good, away from backpacker hostels so quiet in the evening.
